You built a life. And then something fundamental changed.
Maybe the relationship you structured everything around is ending. Maybe the career that defined you disappeared overnight. Maybe both happened at once, and you're standing in the middle of your own life wondering who you are without the roles you've been playing.
You're not broken. You're in transition. And somewhere beneath the noise, the grief, and the overwhelm — there is a place in you that is still, clear, and knows what's true.
That's your stillpoint. And it's where we begin.
What This Is
Guided by Training.
Grounded in You.
Your stillpoint is already there. My role is to help you find it — and to stay with you while you learn to trust it again.
I bring clinical training in trauma, a dedicated meditation and contemplative practice, and firsthand experience navigating high-stakes transitions. But this work isn't about my expertise. It's about yours — the clarity that lives underneath the crisis, waiting to be uncovered.
This is not talk for the sake of talking. This is disciplined, trauma-informed guidance that meets you where you actually are — and helps you see what's true, what's possible, and what to do next.
Who This Is For
You Might Be Here Because
You're navigating the end of a marriage or long-term relationship and need someone who won't flinch at the complexity.
You're rebuilding your sense of self after a major life disruption — and the people around you either minimize it or catastrophize it.
You're a high-functioning person who looks fine on the outside but knows something foundational has shifted.
You used to operate with clarity, energy, and influence — and right now you can't access any of it.
You've lost access to the part of yourself that knows what to do — and you're ready to find it again.
You don't need more advice.
You need to find your stillpoint.
Sessions are held virtually or in person on Seattle's Eastside, afternoons and evenings.
